With the experience of hundreds of patients, Dr. Yily is oriented in offering her training and skills, with the greatest dedication. She had her medicine residency of General Surgery, at the Hospital Docente Padre Billini, in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, and her Plastic, Esthetic and Reconstructive medical specialization, at the Hospital Militar Dr. Carlos Arvelo, in Caracas, Venezuela.
She belongs to many international associations of plastic surgery, and has been a keynote speaker in many industry conferences. She performs her medical practice at the city of Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, where she leads a private consultation, with the collaboration of a great professional staff.

To increase quality of care we have FT Medical Doctor on site on site , due to the daily blackouts in DR we have Power Generator on site so our A/C is always on and client do not feel effects of lack of power. We follow USA inspired clinical care protocols, such as wound care protocols, emergency preparedness protocols and infection prevention and control protocols.
