Contest Rules:
- Not Eligible.
- Currently booked clients with Dr Mercedes or CroCaribe RH between 05/01/2021 and 08/30/2021 are not eligible to enter/participate due to necessary recovery time between surgeries
- Winnings have NO monetary value, cannot be sold, or transferred to another person
- Contest Surgery Procedures cannot be changed and/or substituted
- 1 surgery reschedule is permitted. Min 90 days advance notice required. Shorter notice will forfeit winning
- No Deposit Required to book dates. No Show will be automatic forfeiture of the winning package
- You will need to be cleared by lab in DR to have surgery, Please contact CroCaribe RH at for base requirements (HEMO-BMI-etc) to be cleared
- We will draw 3 winners
- Winner 1 wins the contest
- Winner 2 is standby in event winner 1 cannot have surgery
- Winner 3 is standby in event winners 1 & 2 cannot have surgery
Winner:
- Will be drawn on CroCaribe RH IG Live by Dr. Mercedes ,Carmen (CroCaribe RH Owner) and Ariel Sapp( CEO of the blog “The Surgery Room” ) on 12/14/2020 evening (exact time will be decided 1 week before drawing to accommodate Doctors schedule) -probably between 6PM-8 PM
- Will be notified by CroCaribe RH withing 48 hours to confirm intent to have surgery
- If, for whatever reason, winner decides not to have surgery, or is unable to have it, runner up will be contacted by Dr. Mercedes.
