Contest Rules:
- New clients only.
- Currently booked clients with Dr Quiroz or CroCaribe RH between 01/01/2021 and 08/30/2021 are not eligible to enter/participate
- Winnings have NO monetary value, can not be sold, or transferred to another person
- Contest Surgery Procedures cannot be changed and/or substituted
- 1 surgery reschedule is permitted Between May 2021 and August 2021 dates. Min 30 days advance notice required
- No Deposit Required to book dates. No Show will be automatic forfeiture of the winning package
- You will need to be cleared by lab in DR to have surgery, Please contact CroCaribe RH at for base requirements (HEMO-BMI-etc) to be cleared
How To Enter:
- Go to CroCaribe IG page
- Tag 5 friends in the IG Contest Post
- Email () or WhatsApp (+1(862)823-4633) Screenshot tagged 5 friends with your full name and email and you will be entered in the contest
- You can enter as many times as you like provided you tag 5 different friends. Tagging same friends will disqualify you from the contest
- You will receive email back From CroCaribe RH confirming your entry
Winner:
- Will be drawn on CroCaribe RH & Dr.Quiroz IG Live by Dr. Quiroz 09/01/2020 evening (exact time will be decided 1 week before drawing to accommodate Doctors schedule) -probably between 6PM-7 PM
- Will be notified by CroCaribe RH withing 48 hours to confirm intent to have surgery
- If, for whatever reason, winner decides not to have surgery, or is unable to have it, runner up will be chosen by Dr. Quiroz.
The whole process will be fully transparent
